RPTS IT Support

RPTS computer labs are located on the east end of the 4th floor in the AGLS building.  Room 413 is home to 42 workstations which all undergraduate and graduate students taking RPTS classes are allowed to use unless there is a class being held.  Room 410 is home to 26 workstations which only graduate students are allowed to access.  Each student (undergraduate or graduate) has access to print and store items on a personal drive upon request.

For any computer related issues, please email tleach@tamu.edu.  Taylor Leach, the Senior Computer Support Specialist for RPTS, will attend to your email in the order it was received in or on a high-priority basis.

Outlook Web Access – access your TAMU email from anywhere at any time.  NOTE:  You must use your NetID@tamu.edu and your NetID password. If you fail to add the @tamu.edu at the end of your NetID, you will not be allowed to login.

TAMU IT Help Desk – use this in case Taylor Leach is out of the office and your need is immediate. If your issue is not urgent, please send an email to tleach@tamu.edu.
