RPTS IT Support

RPTS computer labs are located on the east end of the 4th floor in the AGLS building.  Room 413 is home to 42 workstations which all undergraduate students are allowed to use unless there is a class being held.  Room 410 is home to 26 workstations which only graduate students are allowed to access.  Each student (undergraduate or graduate) has access to print and store items on a personal drive upon request.

For any computer related issues, use the FirstCall email (link below) to submit your issue.  Taylor Leach, the Senior Computer Support Specialist for RPTS, will attend to your ticket in the order it was received in or on a high-priority basis.
