When calling the hotel to book your reservation, please be sure to mention “TAMU Recreation, Park & Tourism Sciences Conference” to be eligible for reduced rates for full ‘Deluxe Rooms’.
Rates are $159.00 + taxes for a room. Two breakfasts are included in the price. Individuals will be responsible for booking their own room.To receive the discount, you must book before January 10, 2014. If paying by credit card, the card will be used to secure reservation. Reservations must be cancelled 48 hours prior to the check-in date to prevent one night room and tax from being charged to the credit card given. If a deposit is sent in check form, this deposit will be non-refundable within the 48 hour cancellation policy.

Oklahoma State University will be making CEU’s available, at $15.00, payable on site.
Transportation to and from the San Antonio airport will be offered. Details will be forthcoming.
Conference registration includes Sunday dinner (cash bar). Please let us know if you have diet restrictions. Remaining Lunch & Dinners will be on your own. San Antonio is know for its fine restaurants, and most are within walking distance from the hotel. Breakfast on Monday and Tuesday will be included with your room.
