Our mission is to enhance the management and protection of Texas water resources by providing conferences, workshops, seminars and educational resources to elected and appointed officials, landowners, interest groups and citizens. We seek to enhance an understanding of Texas surface and groundwater issues and challenges and to offer solutions to these challenges.
