New Technology Requirements
College of Agriculture and Life Sciences undergraduate students
In addition to the minimum specifications for the college, for some majors/programs within the college, there are more specific requirements.
General minimum requirements for students in the College of Agriculture & Life Sciences:
- Desktop or Laptop with the following minimum requirements:
- Intel i5 8th Generation processor or equivalent
- 8 GB of RAM
- 256 GB storage system
- Wifi capable
- 13 Inch screen size
- Discrete graphics card
- Integrated Webcam
- Smartphone (for use in proctored testing for online courses) with the following minimum requirements:
- Camera
- Suitable data plan to support video streaming
As an alternative to the Smartphone, students may use a USB-based web camera with tripod or stand, capable of being used in similar fashion to the Smartphone for use in proctored testing associated with online courses.
