Dr. Leslie Reid

Dr. Leslie M. Reid is one of the most well known educators in the park and recreation field in the United States. He has worked closely with many private and public recreation organizations. Most important, he committed the better part of his professional life to “birthing” and then developing the RPTS department at Texas A&M University. He hired outstanding faculty from throughout the nation and his vision and leadership established the department as one of the most outstanding programs in the United States and the world.
